Shipping:

Worn By Us provides 2nd class tracked shipping as standard via Royal Mail at a cost of £4.50.

2nd class Royal Mail delivery can take 2-3 days to arrive.

1st class shipping and next day delivery can be requested at checkout.

Returns & Refunds:
We hope that you will love your purchase from Worn By Us. However, if it doesn’t fit, or you change your mind, you have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of swimwear or underwear.

To request a return, please click on the link found in your order confirmation email.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a tracked postage service with confirmation upon delivery as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
