Type of clothes we will accept for re-sale

Accepted categories:-

  • All Sosandar garments in re-saleable condition
  • Other designer or premium high street / online fashion brands in new or excellent condition
  • All sizes
  • New with tags items
  • Second hand clean items

Unaccepted categories:-

  • Sleepwear and lingerie
  • Non clothing items (except shoes and bags)
  • Illegal or counterfeit (fake) items
  • Altered items
  • Items without sizes / brand label
  • Items with signs of wear, rips, tears, missing parts, stains and odours

Worn By Us Quality Standards

All items are checked for quality assessment. Before you send your garments, please check that they are in good condition. Items that are not suitable for resale will be upcycled or repurposed via Worn By Us social enterprise partners ‘The Sewing Rooms’ and ‘Sew Halton’. Both organisations deliver successful programmes to support local people across areas of the UK through training workshops and employment skills programmes. We are unable to return any items.

How to order my Sosandar / Worn By Us RE-SALE bags

What Happens Next?

  • We will send you the relevant bags for you to fill with your items.
  • We will send you an email with the free return postage labels to attach to your filled bags.
  • When you are ready to send your items to us you can use our Collect+ Service
  • When we receive your items, they will be quality checked, sorted, photographed and listed for sale on our Worn By Us eBay and Depop stores.
  • We will send you a confirmation email that we have received your items.
  • We will provide you with an update after 3 months of any items sold and any proceeds due to you or to your chosen charity. A final update and balance of proceeds will be given after 6 months.
